AEA Alliance Leadership Seminar
The lack of good leadership is one of the biggest challenges that the African continent is facing. Without good leadership it will be impossible to bring the vision of ‘the Africa that God wants’ to fulfilment. It is therefore critical that Africa invests in developing and releasing leaders who will be prepared to lay down their lives to serve the people of Africa and take them on the journey of rebuilding their communities, cities and nations.
We know from experience that church, business and government leaders have been under a lot of pressure to deliver results and that this pressure puts tremendous strain on their personal lives and often breaks the foundations of marriage, family and other relationships. This training equips leaders with tools that will restore health in their personal lives, marriages, families, churches, organizations and businesses and also enable them to be instruments of healing to others so that they can be agents of Kingdom transformation within their spheres of influence.
Facilitators for the training
Ford Taylor is known as a man who can solve complex business issues, with straight forward practical solutions, while maintaining his focus on the people that serve the organization. After completing a Business Management degree from Texas A&M University, he jumped into becoming an owner/operator of small apparel company named C.C. Creations. This small company grew to the publicly traded Brazos Sportswear Corporation. The company grew from a few small individual investors to a 300 Million Dollar operation.
