Les professeurs John Kpaleh Jusu et John Momoh Jusu, de l&#039;AEA, se sont rendus dans le pays pour une mission visant \u00e0 renforcer les comp\u00e9tences des responsables \u00e9vang\u00e9liques \u00e0 travers le continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un week-end de remise de dipl\u00f4mes, culminant avec une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de fin d&#039;\u00e9tudes le dimanche au S\u00e9minaire th\u00e9ologique baptiste du Lib\u00e9ria (LBTS), a permis d&#039;\u00e9changer avec les nouveaux responsables d&#039;\u00e9glise. Une cinquantaine d&#039;\u00e9tudiants dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s du programme de formation th\u00e9ologique du s\u00e9minaire ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tude et rempli les questionnaires. Avant la fin de l&#039;\u00e9tude, l&#039;objectif et les crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9ponse au questionnaire leur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 clairement expliqu\u00e9s afin de garantir une participation \u00e9clair\u00e9e et rigoureuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s du s\u00e9minaire, des questionnaires avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9alablement distribu\u00e9s aux pasteurs et responsables religieux de Monrovia et des environs, avec l&#039;appui du coordinateur local, Daniel Reeves Johnson (Oasis\/LBTS). Samedi, des visites de suivi ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es dans diff\u00e9rents quartiers de Monrovia afin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les questionnaires remplis. Cette initiative s&#039;inscrit dans le cadre de la r\u00e9ponse strat\u00e9gique de l&#039;AEA au manque important de responsables pastoraux form\u00e9s en Afrique. En cr\u00e9ant un r\u00e9seau collaboratif favorisant le partage de formations non formelles, la diffusion de connaissances et les partenariats strat\u00e9giques, le programme vise \u00e0 accro\u00eetre le nombre de pasteurs et de responsables chr\u00e9tiens form\u00e9s bibliquement et th\u00e9ologiquement sur le continent d&#039;ici 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette mission s&#039;inscrit dans le cadre d&#039;initiatives plus vastes de collecte de donn\u00e9es visant \u00e0 \u00e9laborer une planification fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es probantes pour renforcer le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership et la formation th\u00e9ologique au sein de l&#039;\u00c9glise en Afrique.
