AEA Appoints The Executive Director Of Pan Africa Christian Women Alliance (Pacwa)

The Association of Evangelicals is pleased to announce the appointment of Irene Muthoni Kibagendi as the Executive Director of the Pan Africa Christian Women Alliance (PACWA).

A born-again Christian, Ms Kibagendi describes herself as enthusiastic, reliable, and self-motivated.   She boasts of 15 years of experience in leading Women’s Ministry in Christ is the Answer Ministries (CITAM) Valley Road, seven of which she held the position of an Executive Women Assembly leader.
 
She has also previously served as the Chairperson of the Evangelical Women Alliance of Kenya (EWA) and the women commission of the Evangelical Alliance of Kenya (EAK) in 2016, which she chairs up-to-date. 
 
Additionally, Ms Kibagendi has over 30 years of experience in the Audit field and a postgraduate degree in Finance. This background has harnessed core skills in forecasting, scenario analysis, organizational strategies, calm decisive under pressure, conflict resolution, internal controls/Policies formulation, training skills, and recruitment. She has outlined her focus for the first 90 days in office – which include serving as a  reference point for resources, outlets for support, and clarity on responsibilities and goals for all PACW A leaders. The new PACWA lead also plans to introduce an environment that supports regular growth and have conversations with key PACWA  national leaders in Africa so that then they can envision their path for advancement.
